Please help us keep our home nice for other guests:
1. NO PETS, comfort animals, or emotional support animals (this is a private home and not a place for public accommodation for comfort animals or emotional support animals). Violations can result in cancellation of a reservation without refund, plus cleaning fees. While we embrace inclusion, belonging, and respect of everyone, our private home is not designed nor intended to accommodate animals. Also, some of us have extreme pet hair/odor allergies. The additional cleaning that may be required because of an animal stay could also jeopardize the availability of the house for the next guest. Please respect our request—no pets or comfort animals. This rule is in full compliance with the written Accessibility Policy of Airbnb.
2. Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the property. A cleaning fee will be assessed for violations.
3. Please take off your shoes at the door.
4. We do not allow any “house parties” out of respect for neighbors and to protect the home from damage.
5. Music played in the pool area should be at a reasonable sound level to avoid unreasonably disturbing others in the neighborhood.
6. Please help us to maintain quiet time for the community from 10:00pm to 8:00am.
7. Guests must assume all risks associated with the use of the private pool and hot tub. Such use is also conditioned upon following the Pool Rules and accepting the waiver and release of liability in favor of the owners of the home and their agents.

POOL: Once you have agreed to the pool rules and the release and waiver, you will be given instructions and the code for the pool cover key located in the garage in a lock box. Please text us when you arrive if you would like to use the pool or hot tub so that we can provide you instructions.

Pool Rules:

1. Always keep the cover on the pool when not in use AND when no competent adult supervision is available.
2. Do not over-open or over-close the pool cover. It will damage the pool cover. To avoid damage, let go of the switch as soon as the pool cover is open or closed.
3. If the pump is on the pool cover, please unplug and remove from the cover BEFORE you open the pool cover.
4. Absolutely no walking on the pool cover!
5. Absolutely NO diving - diving into a shallow pool will likely cause serious bodily harm or death.
6. Absolutely NO jumping from the balcony deck into the pool/hot tub – for obvious reasons, this would be a really dumb move that would likely result in permanent personal injury or death.
7. Do not increase the temperature of the pool. It is set to 85 degrees from April - October. If you want the pool heated from November through March, you can pay a heating fee of $100 (for the entire stay).
8. Don’t randomly push buttons on the pool control panels. Doing so can mess up the system. Follow the separate instructions that will be provided to you on how to control the pool and hot tub.
